Terms of service

1. Identification

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the purchase of licenses for the Namyfixer application, operated by Florian Renault, French micro-entrepreneur (trading as Dronii), SIRET 10230593500011 (see legal notice).

2. Service

Namyfixer is an online service for batch renaming files via a web interface. The service is offered in two tiers:

• Free plan: usage limited to 20 files per operation, no signup.
• Paid plan: unlimited usage, accessible via a license key after payment.

3. Pricing and payment

Current pricing is shown on the pricing page and may be revised at any time; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

• Monthly plan: $9 USD/month (or 8 € for EU customers), automatic recurring billing.
• Yearly plan: $69 USD (or 59 €), automatic yearly renewal.

Payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. No banking data is stored on our servers.

An invoice is emailed after each payment. VAT is calculated based on billing country (EU VAT applicable; reverse charge possible for businesses).

4. License activation

After payment, a license key (Ed25519-signed JWT) is sent by email to the address provided at purchase. This key must be pasted into the activation page to unlock the unlimited version.

The key is associated with your Stripe account; you can regenerate it at any time from your account page.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

Pursuant to article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent EU directives), you have 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

To exercise this right, send an email to florian@dronii.com with the subject "Withdrawal request". The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the request, by the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Digital content note: by clicking "I agree to forfeit my right of withdrawal" at purchase, you waive this right to enable immediate license activation. If you do not check this box, activation is delayed by 14 days. On Namyfixer, by default, activation is immediate and this right is preserved for 14 days.

6. Cancellation of monthly plan

The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account page (link in each invoice email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refund is issued.

7. Yearly plan

The yearly plan is an automatically-renewing annual subscription. It can be cancelled at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing year, no prorated refund is issued.

8. Service availability

The application is designed to run locally in the browser and remains functional even offline after first load. The editor does not guarantee 100% availability of the website (landing, blog, payment), particularly in case of maintenance or outages from the hosting provider.

9. Limitation of liability

Namyfixer does not store any user file data. The editor cannot be held responsible for:

• File loss resulting from misuse of the application (incorrect renaming, user-side overwrite, etc.) — always work on copies.
• Temporary site unavailability caused by a third party (O2switch, Stripe, Resend).
• Indirect damages (lost revenue, lost time) related to use or inability to use the service.

In any case, the editor's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user over the past 12 months.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their execution or interpretation shall, in the absence of amicable resolution, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts of the editor's registered office.

For consumer disputes, the user may resort to consumer mediation or the European ODR platform.
